Alexandra Hetherington Breckenridge is an American actress. She started her acting career in supporting roles in the teen-oriented films Big Fat Liar (2002, 2006) and She's the Man (2006). On the FX series Dirt she played Willa McPherson as a reporter. She also played as a support character on the short-lived show The Ex List. In the very first season she starred in the role of Moira O'Hara as a young Moira and in the second season, she was Kaylee. Jessie Anderson was the character on the AMC series The Walking Dead. Sophie played her character in The NBC show This Is Us. She is a voice actor on Family Guy, an animated comedy. She is currently the voice of Melinda "Mel" Monroe who is a character from Netflix's series Virgin River. Breckenridge was raised in Darien in Connecticut. She moved to California with her mother when she was of 10. They lived in various places for a year before finally settling in Mill Valley. Breckenridge began to be interested in singing, acting, and photography at the age of 13. She moved to Los Angeles with her mother at the age of 15 to pursue a career in acting.
