Ford's solo metal career was successful after the 1979 group breakup. She began taking voice lessons and soon released her first album 'Dancin' on the Edge'. It was a big smash for the track "Kiss Me Deadly," as well as the ballad 'Close My eyes forever. The problem was that she only was a brief star and disappeared from the scene for several years. Her release of "Black" to the public in 1995 followed "Wicked Wonderland', which came out nearly 15 years after. "Time Capsule" was her album "Time Capsule" was released by her in 2016.
